Archer seeks an award-winning Senior Copywriter to develop concepts and craft copy across brands, audiences, and channels. You’ll bring a clear point of view, a collaborative spirit, and the drive to always make the work better.

This position is remote, with occasional travel for team meetings. 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop bold, on-brand concepts with senior art directors and designers
• Write with conviction, emotion, and strategic insight across channels
• Shape voice and messaging for different brands, audiences, and platforms
• Present ideas with clarity and confidence to internal teams and clients  
• Mentor other writers through thoughtful feedback and by example
• Collaborate across the agency to solve business problems 
• Shepherd work from concept through launch
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines, including new business pitches

What We’re Looking For:

• An exceptional copywriting portfolio 
• The ability to turn a creative brief into ideas that move and motivate 
• Experience leading projects from concept through production
• Curiosity about culture, people, media, and the arts 
• Strong writing and editing skills, from billboards to branded content
• Confidence presenting ideas and responding to feedback
• A collaborative spirit, a sense of humor, and a desire to keep learning
