Senior Analysts sought by Archer Malmo Inc in Memphis, TN to gather, analyze, and visualize data from paid, owned, and earned channels to help build cohesive stories and comprehensive reports. Play an integral role in advancing the agency's overall analytics and reporting capabilities.

Remote work in the U.S. is allowed, with two annual trips to the HQ in Memphis,TN, each lasting about five days, for team and client meetings.

Duties include:  Analyze large sets of data to find patterns and insights to inform and optimize communications plans; own the development of regular client-facing reports and ad hoc analysis; develop cohesive stories, integrating insights from paid, earned and owned channels and customer/first-party data; define measurement frameworks and KPIs in partnership with Paid Media Specialists and CommsStrategists; work with the paid media and creative teams to develop A/B testing plans and analyze the findings to discover insights to inform future campaigns and planning; collaborate with the media team on the development and analysis of attribution models, brand lift studies and other measurement methods; work in BI tools to build impactful data visualizations to tell cohesive and insightful stories; maintain integrity of data connections to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Minimum Requirements: BS degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics or closely related field, plus 2-year experience as Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst,Media Analyst or closely related position. Exp, must include working with: data analysis and comprehensive reporting; BI tools like DOMO, Tableau; analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe analytics; extracting tangible insights from large data sets; statistical models and SQL knowledge; Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and Google Slides or Microsoft; PowerPoint.

Must be willing to travel two times per year to HQ for up to 5 days each trip; able to communicate in English both orally and in writing; willing to work within a team environment, adapt to changes in project priorities.
40 hr/wk, 8:30AM-5PM CT Monday to Friday.
